Reduce Home Loans has been recognised as the Non-Bank Home Lender of the Year 2021 in Money magazine’s 2021 Consumer Finance Awards.
The annual awards help Australians find the top performers in each category so they can bank, borrow and invest with the best. Money magazine partners with data and research leaders InfoChoice and Rainmaker Information to analyse, compare and select the leaders in financial products and services for the annual awards.
This is the first time Reduce has been recognised as a top-performing non-bank lender in the Consumer Finance Awards. Reduce Home Loans General Manager Josh Beitz says it is “thanks to the Reduce team who work tirelessly day in and day out to not only deliver Australia’s cheapest home loans, but exceptional service with it.”
Reduce Home Loans’ loan products have previously been awarded Best of the Best Non-Bank Home Loan for 6 years in a row since 2016 for exceptional value.
On average, Reduce Home Loans clients are saving up to $3000 – $3500 a year and even in some cases $7000 and up to $11,000 a year. But the best thing is if you continue to make the same repayments you were making with your old bank you could slash years off your loan term can equate to $100,000 plus in saved interest repayments, so it really is worth making the switch – Josh Beitz, General Manager, Reduce Home Loans
