Playground for new PTSD/ Ward 17 SA

The aim of this campaign is to raise money and donate all the funds towards the children’s playground for Veterans and their families at the new Ward 17 in Glenside South Australia.

Children are sometimes the forgotten casualty when it comes to PTSD. If we could build a remarkable playground within the facility, the children would actually want to go there to play. The children can play to their heart’s content while Mum, Dad, Uncle, Aunty or whoever receives specialist treatment at a world-class facility.

All money raised will be donated directly to the Veterans SA.

The playground is already factored into the redevelopment and part of the current 15 million dollars plans; however, If additional funds can be raised, the 15 million can actually be spent solely on the building.

Once the goal for the playground has been reached, any additional funds donated will be given directly to Veterans SA. The additional funds will be used for items such as toys and electronic items (PlayStation) to be used within Ward 17.

Reduce encourages anyone who can help to please give what you can.
