Reduce Home Loans drops rates to historic lows following the RBA rate cut announcement
Australia’s Cheapest Home Loan provider reduces its Home Loan rates by the full RBA Cash Rate reduction and slashes rates to 2.44%p.a. (2.47%p.a.*(1) comparison).
Today’s RBA announcement saw the first Cash Rate drop for 2020 of 0.25%. The Cash Rate now sits at a record low of 0.50%.
Reduce Home Loans; one of Australia’s most awarded home loans providers and last 5-year winner of Money Magazines Best of the Best Cheapest Home Loan has reduced its Home Loan rate by the full .25% for their flagship program slashing interest rates for both Owner Occupiers and Investment property, with their Low Rider Variable Home Loan slashed to 2.44%p.a. (comparison rate 2.47%p.a.*(1)) and their Investor Rate Slasher now just 2.79%p.a. (comparison rate 2.83%p.a.*(7)). Which as of today is the lowest publicised variable rates in the market for both Home and Investment loans.

- Low Rider Variable Home Loan dropped to 2.44%p.a. variable (comparison rate 2.47%p.a.*(1)).
- Rate Lovers Variable Home Loan dropped to 2.52%p.a. variable (comparison rate 2.52%p.a.*(2)).
- Investor Rate Slasher Variable dropped to 2.79%p.a. variable (comparison rate 2.83%p.a.*(7)).
- Investor Rate Lovers Variable dropped to 2.89%p.a. variable (comparison rate 2.89%p.a.*(3)).
