$3,000 Cashback Offer- EconoME Terms & Conditions
A $3,000 cashback offer is available on eligible refinances of an existing home loan from another financial institution to the EconoME Home Loan or EconoME Home Loan Investment, with a minimum new lending amount of $700,000 and a maximum 80% LVR.
Applications must be submitted between 1 May 2026 and 28 August 2026 (inclusive) and settle within 120 days of the application date.
The offer is available on eligible Owner Occupier and Investment home loans. Owner Occupied Interest Only loans are excluded. Applications that include both a refinance and a property purchase may also be eligible, provided all other eligibility criteria are met. One borrower must hold an eligible transaction account prior to cashback payment.
The offer is not available for refinances, restructures, switches or top-ups of existing loans within the same banking group.
Only one cashback payment is available per eligible application. Customers who have received a refinance cashback from the same banking group within the previous 12 months may be ineligible.
Cashback will be paid within 60 days of settlement into an eligible transaction account held by the borrower(s). Applications are subject to credit approval. Offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Terms, conditions and eligibility criteria apply.
