Help Jenna & Jayda overcome their unknown Genetic Disease
They say it takes a village to raise a child. So what does it take to raise a sick child? What if that sick child had a sibling who was also sick? What if that disease was slowly taking their lives, and there was no diagnosis, that it seemed no other child in the world had the same disease. What does it take to raise that child?
Rebecca and Jason Conci have 3 beautiful daughters, Jenna, Jayda and Rivvah. Jenna and Jayda were born with a genetic disease that has not been seen anywhere else in the world. Jenna who is 9, has had her hardest year yet. The unknown disease caused her to become so malnourished that she lost the ability to walk properly, and caused her liver to reach end-stage liver failure. Jenna recently had a liver transplant and whilst in ICU fought hard against pulmonary edema and an enlarged heart. Jenna now finds herself fighting hard against the rejection of her new liver. Jayda who is 7 is watching everything her big sister is going through whilst wondering how long it will be until she is in the exact same place.
