TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The 2023 Reduce Home Loans Cash Bonus offer (Bonus Offer) is offered by the Funder for customers of Reduce Home Loans Pty Ltd (ABN 54 133 596 111) Australian Credit Licence 388053.

You are taken to have agreed to these Bonus Offer terms and conditions if you participate in the scheme.

This Bonus Offer is subject to the following conditions:

  1. the first loan applications must be received by Reduce Home Loans between January 1 2023 and November 30 2023, for loans that are funded by December 31st 2023;
  2. the loan amount* must be greater than $250,000 and the loan must have a loan to value ratio of no more than 90%;
  3. Commercial securities are not eligible to participate, the offer is only available for owner occupied, investment, interest only and construction home loans however: where an offset account applies the loan amount* is the difference between the drawn loan amount and the credit balance in the offset account, as at the end of the month the loan settled. Where a construction loans applies, the loan amount* is the total amounts drawn as at as at the end of the month the loan settled.
  4. you must be an individual Australian resident aged 18 years and over (individual SMSF trustee(s) are not eligible);
  5. the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other cash bonus offer and there is only one bonus per eligible loan regardless of the number of borrowers or securities involved with the loan application;
  6. the offer excludes all refinances including switches and internal refinances of home loans with the MEzy Assets Pty Ltd Group or Adelaide Bank Ltd, Origin MMS, BC Securities or Well Nigh;
  7. Standard lending criteria, fees and charges apply and all loan applications are subject to the credit provider’s credit approval criteria and processes; and
  8. loan applications via brokers and other credit intermediaries are not eligible.

If the Bonus Offer conditions are satisfied, the following bonus entitlements apply:

The Bonus will be paid by Reduce Home Loans to the loan account in the name(s) of the borrower(s), within 30 days after the loan settlement date. The payment cannot be made to any other person(s) or account(s).

The Bonus Offer is made by the Funder to the applicant(s) and is subject to full Funder requirements, they cannot assign or transfer any right or entitlement to any other person(s).

Your loan must stay current for a minimum of 24 months after the loan settlement. Should you discharge your loan within the 24 months from the date the cash back is paid then this amount will need to be re paid and added to your total balance payable at the time of your discharge.

Applicant(s) need to obtain their own tax and accounting advice regarding the Bonus Payment.  Reduce Home Loans gives no representation regarding these matters.
